Fat Rabbit is a bakery and coffee shop located in the Union Hill neighborhood of east Richmond. With a daily offering of freshly-baked sweet and savory pastries, assortment of indulgent treats, and array of coffee, tea, & espresso drinks, we’re sure to have something for everyone.

Drip Coffee

Always Blanchard’s “Dark as Dark” blend. Available hot or iced.


Whipped Coffee

Sweetened coffee concentrate poured over oat milk. Always iced.

French Press

Steeped coffee characterized by its heavy body and robust flavor.

Espresso

2 ounces of rich, strong medium-roast coffee.


Cortado

4 oz: Equal parts espresso and steamed milk.

Cappuccino

8 oz: Espresso and foamy steamed milk.


Latte

12 or 16 oz: Espresso and steamed milk. Vanilla, caramel, mocha, or chai upon request. Available hot or iced.


Americano

12 or 16 oz: Espresso and hot water. Available hot or iced.

Rotating flavors. Guaranteed to turn skeptics into lovers.

Vegan Pastry
A rotating selection of a frangipane galette, savory turnover, or banana bread bundt.

Quiche
Fluffy egg-based custard mixed with cheeses & seasonal savory elements, nestled in our classic pastry dough.

Granola Bowl
Our house-made granola (Vegan and GF) served with fresh berries over plain Greek yogurt or oat milk.

Cookies
Daily cookies: the ever-beloved salted dark chocolate olive oil; our seasonal olive oil-based option; and “Lyle-O’s” (black cocoa sandwich cookie with vanilla bean filling).

Brownies & Blondies
Rotating flavors. Favorites include a classic brownie with ganache topping and sprinkles, and a brown butter bay leaf toffee blondie.
