Screenprinting

Screenprinting, is a direct printing process by which we print the image directly on fabric. Every order is customized to the client's specifications and requires a substantial amount of technical pre-press preparation. This is why there is some time required between order placement and fulfillment. Don't confuse what we do with those kiosks you see at the mall that snap a digital photo and then transfer the image directly to a shirt or banner in fifteen minutes. That is a completely different process from what we do here at fat rabbit designs.

Our superior product stems from the ink. We use a plastic-based ink that bonds to the fibers of the fabric using heat. This ensures a permanent print onto the shirt; the print itself will pretty much be permanent. It may fade over time and numerous washings, but it will never completely disappear.
